A Club with Historic Roots
Originally set up to provide accommodation for ex-Service women following the First World War, The Sloane Club served as a sanctuary – a place to gather, socialise and share ideas, with a pioneering spirit that continues to underpin everything we represent to this day.
New Spaces, Same Spirit
Our iconic building on Lower Sloane Street dates back to the 18th century, and thus to do it justice it has been essential for us to carry out an extensive, detail-driven renovation.
We are reaching completion and a new wellness suite, multiple restaurants and bars, a larger terrace with retractable roof, dedicated workspaces, refurbished bedrooms, and elegant new private dining spaces will elevate The Club to new heights.
Our mission: to honour this great building. The lines, the shapes, the curves. Breathing new life into it through craftsmanship, care and quality to propel it forward for the next 100 years
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Occupying the lower ground floor, Wellness at The Sloane Club features a state-of-the-art gym, studio, infrared sauna, and luxurious changing facilities, as well as treatment rooms offering Bamford massages, facials, and a range of beauty services.

Members can enjoy access to the following dining outlets open now:
HELENA’S and HELENA’S TERRACE – all day dining with a classic twist
DEMOB BAR – cocktail bar to revel and unwind
THE LIBRARY – to escape with a book or a board game
LADY IN BLACK – a glamorous private dining room
Opening late summer, Venus, our signature restaurant, will offer the best of land and sea accompanied by an extensive wine list curated by The Club’s sommelier. Adjoining it, will be the Wren Room, a sophisticated private dining room for up to 16 people.
FIRST FLOOR
Lila’s Terrace, an awe-inspiring space with a retractable glass roof at the heart of The Club, will feature a vibrant restaurant and bar. Members and guests can enjoy a contemporary culinary experience in nature-inspired surroundings, all year round, including the Ranelagh, a private dining room.
The Study will offer a dedicated co-working space with high-speed internet and soundproof phone booths.

BEDROOMS
Inspired by the charm of the original Chelsea mews, our Member bedrooms are reimagined as bright and chic mid-century bolt-holes, combining comfort and elegance in every detail.
With categories ranging from Cosy to Penthouse Suites, all 66 bedrooms feature luxurious en-suite bathrooms and bespoke fittings and design, exuding both comfort and sophistication.
